What we believe...

We all have power to heal and find answers within

because we all are complete.

We all were born with a positive sense of self, which is made up of self-compassion, self-validation, a sense of common humanity, and mindfulness.

Growing up and maturing, we often over-value what our peers think of us. We give others power over how we feel and what we believe. As our sense of self weakens, our ability to connect with ourselves diminishes, and we lose ownership of our actions and words. This can lead us to use others as emotional outlets. We become disconnected from both ourselves and the world, and start viewing our surroundings with critical and invalidating intentions. This pattern is evident in much of the sad and horrible news we've seen in recent days.

When each of us has solid self-awareness and self-compassion, we each treat the world around us with compassion and neutrality. Then, it leads us to oneness. Meditation practice is an effective tool to reawaken and own a positive sense of self.

What we do...

Our program is a journey of self-discovery, aiming to cultivate a deeper awareness within you.

Through our program, you will learn essential meditation tools that not only enhance your physical and emotional awareness, but also empower you to tackle life's challenges with clarity and serenity.

Our methods are intuitive and straightforward, allowing you to quickly acquire the knowledge. However, it is through practice that your "knowledge" is transformed into "change".

We are a DoJo, the training gym, and our workshops are designed to help you practice applying the techniques to the unexpected challenges that life presents.

The classes are based on our Intuitive Awareness Training Curriculum and typically run for 3-8 weeks. The workshops are designed to allow anyone to participate anytime.  Experience serves as our testament, which is why we regularly offer free workshops as well. Children’s programs are structured differently from adult programs to accommodate their unique mind & body balance. Closed-eye guided meditations are shorter, and creative activities are included to practice self-validation and exploration.
