But having experiencing how to meditate walm helps me how to stop overthinking and just step back and FOCUS on my own voice and my own space. that it is really possible to just focus on your own energy and let yourself heal. And by doing that makes me more realize that there are things that you just have to let go. While meditating makes me feel like a real positive energy flowing to my whole body and made me feel heal and positive.”
